Snowflake Challenge 2021: Challenge 3

Yes, I intend to catch up with this! Day 2 challenge was to interact with someone new, and I checked out and replied to some intro posts from other participants I haven't  spoken to before, so I consider that one done. :) 

Challenge #3: Guess Who's Coming to Dinner
In your own space, tell us who, from one of your fandoms, would you most want to have dinner with (or tea, or a random afternoon visit), And why? This could be a creator, an actor, a costumer, a set designer, a director, a character, a composer, anybody! What would you talk about? What are you dying to know?

Ohhhh this is such a good question. And so difficult to choose. There are several people and characters I would love to sit down and chat to, some to talk about their craft, some to learn things from, some just so I could coddle them (I do tend to fall for angsty characters). I actually checked in and read it when it was posted (on my birthday!) which has given me quite a few days to think about it. And it's so difficult to choose? But I think I will go with my first gut reaction which was, an immortal fictional character. I find it really difficult to actually pick one though. One of the older immortals from The Old Guard? A vampire (I do love vampires)? Lucifer? Crowley/Aziraphale (ohhh tea with Aziraphale in his bookshop sounds nice...) The Doctor? There are so many immortal characters I love... 

Either way the point is that I love history and the though of being able to get a first hand account of historical events is fascinating? And cooking is my love language so I'd love to invite them for a homecooked meal to repay them for their patience (hopefully) with my questions. :) (Though I guess if it's a vampire, maybe I should not invite them to my home...)

That's a brilliant answer, I would love to seen some events in history first hand. I'd also like to meet some of my ancestors, they didn't lead very exciting lives but I'd still,have loved to know a bit more about how they lived and what they were like.

Immortal characters would have so many stories; that's a great choice!
